摘要
网上挂号预约可以优化就医流程,提高医院效率。为解决中老年患者计算机网络操作不熟悉而导致的网上预约困难,我院实现了以广电网络的数字电视作为预约平台的网上预约方式,有效提高了预约挂号效率,体现了医院人性化的服务理念。
Online reservation registration can optimize medical treatment process and improve hospital efficiency. In order to solve the troubles of online reservation registration caused by nonproficient operations of computer network for elderly patients, this paper puts forward a online reservation registration method which regards digital TV with broadcast television network as its reservation platform. The application of the reservation registration method has improved the reservation efifciency and embodied the humanized service concept of the hospital.
