摘要
LUNX是一种肺组织特异表达基因,在正常肺组织中特异表达,在肺癌组织中过表达,而在其他组织中几乎不表达,通过检测LUNX mRNA可早期准确发现非小细胞肺癌的微转移,此方法具有较高的灵敏度和特异度。该文就LUNX mRNA在非小细胞肺癌微转移中的相关研究及其临床意义做一综述。
LUNX（human lung-specific X protein）express in lung tissue specifically,and the expression is enhanced in tumor of non small-cell lung cancer,but scarcely expresssed in other tissues.By detection of LUNX mRNA,we can find micrometastasis of non small-cell lung cancer earlier,and this method has higher sensitivity and specificity.
