超声辅助法提取剑叶龙血树根总黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:确定剑叶龙血树根中总黄酮最佳提取工艺。方法:采用超声波辅助法提取剑叶龙血树根中的黄酮类化合物,通过单因素及L9(34)正交试验,考察超声波提取条件对剑叶龙血树根中总黄酮提取率的影响。结果:总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为温度60℃,超声功率60 W,乙醇体积分数90%,料液比1∶30,提取时间30 min。结论:此条件下剑叶龙血树根总黄酮提取率为2.13%。 Objective:To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids from the roots of Dracaena cochinchinensis.Method:Total flavonoids were extracted from the roots of D.cochinchinensis through ultrasound wave assisted technique.Effects of operation conditions were studied by using single factor and orthogonal design methods L9(34).Result:The optimize extraction technology condition was 60 ℃,60 W,90% ethyl alcohol,1∶30 and 30 min.Conclusion:Under the optimized conditions,the extraction percent of total flavonoids is about 2.13% from the roots of D.cochinchinensis.
