剑叶龙血树中芪类化合物及其抗真菌活性的研究 被引量:38

摘要 目的 对剑叶龙血树含脂木材进行化学成分和活性研究。方法 采用硅胶柱层析、制备 TL C进行分离 ,运用 U V、IR、MS、1 H,1 3CNMR等光谱法鉴定化合物的结构 ,并对分得的化合物进行抗真菌活性筛选试验。结果 得到 2个类化合物 :4′-羟基 - 3,5 -二甲氧基对苯乙烯 (4′- hydroxy- 3,5 - dimethoxystillben,紫檀 )和 4′,3,5 -三羟基对苯乙烯 (resveratrol,白藜芦醇 ) ,具有抗真菌活性。 Object To study the chemical constituents of Dracaena cochinchinensis (Lour ) S C Chen and their anti fungal activities Methods The constituents were isolated on silica gel chromatography and preparative TLC They were identified on the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectral data (UV, IR, MS, 1HNMR and 13 CNMR) Results Two stilbene derivatives were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate extract of the resiniferous woody portion of D cochinchinensis as 4′ hydroxy 3, 5 dimethoxystilbene (Ⅰ) and resveratrol (Ⅱ) Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ showed anti fungal activities This is the first time to report that stilbene derivatives from this plant had antifungal activities
