摘要
目的 为临床治疗高血脂症提供新型中药制剂。方法 将40 只 Wistar 雄性大鼠根据大鼠的体重分为对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,每组10 只,分别于实验后第14 天及第28 天对低、中、高剂量组血清总胆固醇( T C) 、血清甘油三酯( T G) 、血清高密度脂蛋白 C( H D L- C) 、 H D L- C/ T C 比值、动脉硬化指数( A I) 进行测定。结果 与饲以高脂饲料的阳性对照组大鼠相比,实验第14 天及第28 天时各实验组大鼠血清 T C 含量显著低于对照组( P < 005) 。 H D L- C/ T C 比值,第14 天时低、中、高剂量组和第28 天时中、高剂量组均显著高于对照组( P < 005) 。 A I比值在第14天时高剂量组和第28 天时中、高剂量组均低于对照组( P < 005) 。本实验未见受试物对 T G 有影响。结论 认为新中药组方———复方决明子冲剂具有调节血脂的作用。
Objective To provide novel preparation of traditional Chinese Medicine for clinical treatment of hyperlipemia.Methods According to body weight,forty male wistar rats were divided into 4 groups,each consisting of 10 rats:control group (CG),lower dosage group (LD),moderate dosage group (MD) and higher dosage group (HD).Serum (TC),triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),HDL-C/TC and atherosclerotic index (AI) of LD,MD and HD were determined at days 14 and 28.Results Compared with positive CG rats fed with 28 high fat food,serum TC of experimental group in the 14 and 28 days was significantly lower than that of CG(P<0 05).HDL-C/TC of the LD,MD,HD at the 14th day and MD,HD at the 28 day was significantly higher than that of CG(P<0 05).AI of the HD at the 14th day and MD at the 28th day was all significantly lower than that of CG(P<0.05).No effect on serum TG the arug had.Conclutions Compound electuary of cassia tora possesses the action of regulating blood lipids.
