摘要
目的探讨玉郎伞总黄酮(从疏叶崖豆中提取)与洛伐他汀联合用药对高脂血症大鼠血脂调节的减毒增效作用。方法建立高脂血症大鼠模型,评价玉郎伞总黄酮不同剂量[100、50、25 mg/(kg.d)]及其联合洛伐他汀[3mg/(kg.d)]对高脂血症大鼠血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和血脂的影响,并进行肝组织病理形态学观察。结果各用药组AST、ALT、AST/ALT水平降低,血脂水平改善显著(P<0.01);肝质量、肝脏系数降低(P<0.01);肝组织脂肪变性有不同程度的改善。其中玉郎伞总黄酮高剂量联合洛伐他汀的作用明显比单用洛伐他汀好。结论玉郎伞总黄酮与洛伐他汀合用对高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢紊乱有显著的减毒增效作用。
AIM To evaluate synergistic effects of combination of Millettia total flavonoids （extracted from Millettia pulchra （Dunn） Kurz vat. laxior （Dunn） Z. Wei） with lovastatin on hyperlipoidemia in rats. METHODS The hyperlipidemic rat models were established to investigate the effects of different concentrations of Millettia total favonoids of 100, 50 and 25 mg/（ kg · d） alone and in combination with lovastain of 3 mg/（ kg · d） on aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and plasma lipoprotein level, and the pathological change of liver tissue was examined. RESULTS Compared with the hyperlipidemia model group, the lev- els of serum AST, ALT and AST/ALT decreased significantly, and the plasma lipoprotein were improved significantly （P 〈 0. 01 ）. In all treated groups, the liver weight and liver coefficient decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the liver adipose degeneration was ameliorated to some degree. The group of Millettia total flavonoids with high dose combined with lovastain had better effects than the group of lovastain used alone. CONCLUSION The com- bination of Millettia total flavonoids with lovastain has obvious toxicity attenuation and synergistic effects on hyperlipoidemia in rats.
