摘要
[目的] 探讨红曲对血脂调节的影响。 [方法] 喂饲高脂饲料造成高脂大鼠模型,阳性对照组和红曲低、中、高剂量组在模型成立后给予受试物,预防性给予组在造模的同时给予受试物,试验第10、17、24天酶法测定大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C。 [结果] 给高血脂大鼠红曲7 d,0.5g/kg可以使血清TC降低26.3%,LDL-C降低26.1%,TG降低19.0%;1.0g/kg可以使血清TC降低23.1%,LDL-C降低31.9%,TG降低22.3;给红曲14d,0 5g/kg可以使血清TC降低32.6%,LDL-C降低39.5%,TG降低26.3%,1.0g/kg可以使血清TC降低36.6%,LDL-C降低52.2%,TG降低32.8%,与两脂对照组比较有显著性差异;预防性给予1.0g/kg的红曲10d,可以显著抑制大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C的升高,预防高血脂的形成。 [结论] 红曲有降低大鼠血脂的作用。
[Objective] To study the effects of Red Cojic in lowering hemolipid . [Methods] 70 Wistar rats were randomized into seven groups , 10 in each group. One group were fed with common diet , another were given high fat diet and Red Cojic simultaneously and the other five were fed with high fat diet. 10 days later, The five groups of hyperlipidemia rats and were, garvaged with Red Cojic at the dose of 0, 0.1, 0.5, 1.0 g/kg and Lovastatin at the dose of 15mg/kg. Plasma TC, TG, HDL - C, LDL - C were detected at the 7th and 14th day. [Results] It showed that Red Cojic can lower plasma TC, TG, HDL - C, LDL - C at the dose of 0.5, 1.0 g/kg significntly. TC lowed by 26. 3 % , TG lowed by 19.0 % , LDL - C lowed by 26.1 % after being given Red Cojic at 0. 5 g/kg for 7 days, TC lowed by 32. 6 % , TG lowed by 26. 3 % , LDL - C lowed by 39. 5% after being given Red Cojic at 0. 5 g/kg for 14 days;TC lowed by 23. 1 % , TG lowed by 22.3%, LDL - C lowed by 31.9% after being given Red Cojic at 1.0 g/kg for 7 days, TC lowed by 36. 6% , TG lowed by 32. 8% , LDL - Clowed by 52. 2 % after being given Red Cojic at 1. 0 g/kgf for 14 days. [Conclusion] The Red Cojic has the effect of lowering hemolipid in
