摘要
采用平面连杆系统的综合方法将常规游梁式抽油机与辅助连杆综合,构成多种增程式游梁式抽油机的设计方案及相应的平面连杆系统,用以增加常规游梁式抽油机的冲程。针对各个设计方案,进行受力分析和冲程计算,推导出抽油杆增程系数和连杆驱动力增力系数计算式。分析结果表明,采用该方法在保留常规游梁式抽油机的优点和保持其结构及尺寸基本不变的前提下。
Abstract A mechanical synthesis method
with systematic of linkages by means of the auxiliary linkage and the beam is introduced for the
increasing stroke of the beam pumping unit.Some synthesized beam pumping units and their
associated systematic of linkages for increasing stroke of the beam pumping unit are created.In
light of every synthesis mechanism,the analyses of working loads and calculation of stroke are
conducted,and the formula are derived for calculating factors of increasing force and increasing
stroke.It is shown from analysis results that the stroke of beam pumping unit is increased by 3
 ̄5 times,the mechanical reverse mechanism and its good characteristics such as simple
transmission configuration and stable reversing operation are remained.
