摘要
目的提高社区恶性肿瘤老年患者的生活质量,观察心理干预对其生活质量的影响,促进患者身心康复。方法选择社区门诊恶性肿瘤老年患者52例,在常规治疗的同时,主要采取教育性干预、认知疗法、行为放松疗法、心理支持以及亲情关怀及家庭支持等形式的为期6周的心理干预方法,每周一次,心理干预前和干预6周后采用健康状况问卷(SF-36)对患者生存质量进行评定。结果心理干预前后患者SF-36评分相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论社区恶性肿瘤老年患者的生存质量和心理状态有着密切的联系,及时采取教育性干预、认知疗法、行为放松疗法、心理支持以及亲情关怀及家庭支持等心理干预方法,对社区恶性肿瘤老年患者的常规治疗起到事半功倍的效果,能够彻底消除老年患者对恶性肿瘤的恐惧,使老年患者对战胜病魔具有了足够的信心和意志,可以显著提高其生活质量,有效地促进患者的身心康复。
Objective To improve the quality of life of elderly patients with malignant tumors lived in community,observe the efects of psychological intervention on the quality of life,and promote the physical and psychological rehabilitation of patients.Methods Fifty two elderly patients with malignant tumors from the community clinic were selected and treated with six weeks of psychological intervention such as educational intervention,cognitive therapy,behavioral relaxation therapy,psychological support and family care and family support once a week.The conventional therapies were performed simultaneously.Before and after the intervention,health status questionnaire(SF-36) was used to assess the quality of life.Results Psychological intervention in patients before and after the SF-36 score,compared with a significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion The quality of life of elderly patients with malignant tumors lived in community is closely correlated with their mental state.The timely educational intervention,cognitive therapy,behavioral relaxation therapy,psychological support,family care and support and other psychological interventions can effectively improve the therapeutic efficiency of the routine treatment,eliminate their dread of malignant tumors,and promote them to overcome the diseases with sufficient confidence and will.The intervention can also significantly improve the senior patients' quality of life and promote their physical and psychological rehabilitation.
