摘要
目的研究动机性访谈对经Kawase入路颅底脑干肿瘤切除患者术前心理状况的影响。方法将我院收治的80例经Kawase入路颅底脑干肿瘤切除患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上,分别于入院后进行4次动机性访谈。比较两组患者心理健康临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分情况、睡眠情况及手术配合程度。结果观察组患者SCL-90评分总分(123.67±22.09)分,明显低于对照组的(157.38±36.84)分,提示观察组睡眠状况优于对照组;观察组手术配合率为95.0%,高于对照组的77.5%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论动机性访谈可以显著改善经Kawase入路颅底脑干肿瘤切除患者术前心理状况,提高患者睡眠状况及手术配合率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effects of Motivational Interviewing resection preoperative psychological condi- tion of the road through the base of the skull into the brain stem tumor Kawase. Methods 80 cases in our hospital by Kawase approach skull base brain stem tumor resection were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in the control group received routine care, observation group on the basis of routine care, were admitted to hos- pital after four motivational Interviewing. Were compared in patients with clinical symptoms of mental health self-assess- ment form （SCL-90） score, the situation and the extent of surgery with sleep. Results The patients SCL-90 total score 123.67 ~ 22.09, significantly lower than the control group 157.38~ 36.84; sleep observation group than the control group; surgery with the observation group was 95.0%, higher than 77.5%, the difference statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Motivational Interviewing can significantly improve the way into the base of the skull by Kawase suf- fering from brain stem tumor resection Psychological condition before surgery, significantly improved their sleep and sur- gery combination rate, worthy of clinical application.
