摘要
在总结前人从绿茶中提取茶多酚工艺的基础上,结合课题组的研究工作,对三种提取新方法作了简单的介绍与评价。
In, the separation of Tea Polyphenols(TP)frorn green tea, three traditional techniques (solvent extraction, metallic sedimentation and column separation) are summarized and three new ones (counter current extraction, SFE and HSCCC)are introduced briefly as the frontiers of the trcent task in our workgroup. Then,for each method,an evaluation is made for its advantages and disadvantages. 28 references.
