摘要
针对特色库利用率不高、价值不能得到充分体现的现状,提出了建立统一平台将文献划入多库的特色库建设方案。方案提出要站在用户的角度来开发特色库,要求从系统架构、检索模式上为用户考虑。
In the light of the present situation that the utilization ratio of characteristic database is lower and the value of characteristic database can’t be embodied fully,this paper puts forward a characteristic database construction scheme of establishing a uniform platform and dividing the literatures into multiple databases,which points out that the development of characteristic database must stand in the user＇s perspective and pay attention to consider the system architecture and retrieval mode.
