摘要
学科馆员是学科信息的发布者与研究者,是学科信息资源的管理者与集成者,是学科信息的导航者与服务者。高校图书馆开展以学科馆员制度为核心的学科化服务,在学科建设中具有重要的作用。目前,学科馆员制度的建设需要进一步加强。
Discipline librarians are the researchers and publishers of a discipline.They are also the administrators and collectors of information source as well as navigators,servers,virtual exchange organizers and experts of discipline information.They are senior librarians of college library and play a decisive part in the construction of key discipline.Thus the librarian team construction should be strengthened at present.
