摘要
受制于社会转型又有助于社会转型的高校继续教育,正沿着"学历取向型-职业取向型-学习取向型"的轨迹嬗变。为推进高校继续教育转型,高校继续教育的组织机构必须树立"创业型组织"、"服务型组织"、"学习型组织"等现代理念,使传统的"1"字型、"一"字型、"十"字型组织结构形式逐渐过渡到结构流畅、运行高效的矩阵制"非实体型"协作式管理的组织形式上来,为高校继续教育转型发挥组织机构应有的职能。
The continuing education of the university, controlled by the social transformation but conversely contributing to transforming the society, is evolving on the track of "diploma orientation-career orientation-learning orientation". In order to promote the transformation of university's continuing education, the organization of the university's continuing education should establish the modern concepts of "career-oriented organization", "service-oriented organization", and "learning organization", and try to transform the traditional organization pattern ("1" model, ' model and " t" model) into the smooth, highly efficient, and coordinating pattern of "non-entity model" in the matrix structure. And thus, the organization could function properly in the transformation of university's continuing education.
