摘要
氟化钠是一种大宗无机氟化盐产品,用途广泛,其生产工艺方法主要有:熔浸法、中和法、离子交换法、磷肥副产物法。对国内生产氟化钠产品工艺方法进行阐述评价,重点阐述了磷肥副产物(氟硅酸、氟硅酸钠)为原料生产氟化钠工艺技术方法。以磷肥副产物氟硅酸钠为原料,生产中通过控制反应温度、二氧化碳逸出率,使反应料浆中氟化钠晶体粗大、二氧化硅晶体呈絮状,利用氟化钠晶体与二氧化硅密度差,分离氟化钠晶体与二氧化硅的工艺方法,得到氟化钠产品纯度高,工艺操作简单,系制备氟化钠有效途径。
Sodium fluoride is a widely used inorganic fluoride bulk products. Its production processes include: melting leaching, neutralization, ion exchanging, phosphate by-product. This paper evaluated the processes for domestic production of sodium fluoride, focuses on the production technology process by using phosphate by-products (fluorosilicicacid, sodium fluorosilicate) as the raw material to produce sodium fluoride. By using by-products sodium fluorosilicate inphosphate fertilizer as raw materials, by controlling the reaction temperature, carbon dioxide escape rate, sodium fluoride inthe reaction slurry will be as coarse crystals and the silica crystals were in a flocculent state, thus by use of density differencebetween sodium fluoride and silica crystals, sodium fluoride crystal and silica can be separated, sodium fluoride can be obtained in high purity. This should be a simple process and can prepare sodium fluoride in an effective way.
