摘要
氟硅酸作为磷肥行业生产的副产物,中国每年的排放量非常大,若能得到有效处理,将有很大的经济效益和环境效益。综述了几种由磷肥副产氟硅酸制备白炭黑技术,包括由氟硅酸与纯碱反应制备白炭黑技术(纯碱法)、由氟硅酸与碳酸氢铵反应制备白炭黑技术(碳酸氢铵法)、由氟硅酸和硅胶制备白炭黑技术(助剂-氨化法),以及由氟硅酸制备氟化物过程中产生的低活性含氟硅胶进行再处理间接得到白炭黑的技术,并总结了各制备方法的优缺点。
Hydrofluosilicic acid is a by- product of phosphate fertilizer industry,its annual discharge amount is quite big in China. If it can be treated effectively, there will be considerable economic and environmental benefit. This paper summarized several preparation techniques for white carbon black from by - product of phosphate fertilizer - hydrofluosilicic acid, which included: soda method ( using hydrofluosilicic acid to react with soda ) , ammonium bicarbonate method ( using hydrofluosilicic acid to react with ammonium bicarbonate ) , addition agent - ammonization method ( using hydrofluosihcic acid and silicagel to prepare white carbon black ) and indirect preparation technique ( by re - treating the low - activity fluoridebearing silica gel, which is produced from the process of fluoride preparation by hydrofluosilicic acid). Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of the methods were summed up.
