摘要
在检索和分析国内外大量文献的基础上,总结出胸腺糖的合成工艺,对各种工艺路线的优劣进行了初步评价,其中以葡萄糖和环己酮为起始原料的路线适合工艺化大生产;并对未来的发展方向进行了展望,认为以2-羰基-3-脱氧葡萄糖酸为原料和以2,3-O-异丙叉-D-甘油醛与乙氧基乙炔为原料的两条路线,值得继续研究,认为通过发酵合成胸腺糖最有发展前景。
According to literature search, various synthetic processes of thyminose were summarized. A preliminary evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of all synthetic processes was made. The suitable route for the industrialized production was that using glucose and cyclohexanone as raw materials, the future development trends was prospected. That the two routes to the 2 - keto - 3 - deoxy - D - glueonic acid as raw material and 2, 3 - O - isopropylidene- D -glyeeraldehyde and ethoxyacetylene as raw material, was worth to continue to study, prepared by fermentation was the most promising synthetic process of thyminose.
