摘要
本文介绍了一种基于一维稳定导热原理用试验方法研究接触热阻的简单装置,以及使用这一装置采集的部分试验数据、数据处理方法和试验结果,对热损失也做了较为详细的分析。特别应当指出,当接触表面所受的挤压应力高达10~6Pa至10~7Pa以上时,挤压应力明显成为影响接触热阻的主要因素。试验中发现了某些现象,本文对此做了定性的分析。
The experiment on thermal contact resistance has not only significance in academic research, but also engineering value.The article explains the experimental facility, with which the thermal contact resistance is measured according to the theory of one dimensional steady heat conduction. The method of data processing and the thermal loss are also analyzed in detail.Thermal contact resistance is a complicated subject, being aff ectd by many factors. In particular, the contact area pressure becomes an important factor, when it is tens or hundreds of bars in magnitude. The article explains a few experimental data which are useful for analyses.
