摘要
以数控机床滚动导轨为研究对象,利用接触力学及弹性力学中的接触理论,分析计算滚动导轨结合面的接触刚度,建立了结合面的接触刚度的求解公式,得到接触刚度的理论模型。基于有限元分析软件,对结合面建立有限元模型,然后,对滚动导轨结合面进行加载求解,得到应力云图,通过excel拟合相应载荷与变形量的关系曲线,把得到处理后的结果与理论计算结果相对比,验证了此有限元分析方法可行。为进一步研究滚动导轨结合面的接触刚度奠定基础。
The rolling guide of NC machine tool is chosen as the research object, using the contact theory in contact mechanics and elasticity, analyzes and calculats the contact stiffness of rolling guide, joint surface, establishing formula to solve the contact stiffness for joint surface and theoretical model of contact stiffness is got. Based on finite element analysis software to model joint surface, then, to load-solution joint surface of rolling guide, gets the stress nephogram, and the relative curve between different loads and deformation is fitted by means of excel, it proves that finite element analysis method is feasible by the processed result compared with theoretical result. Lays a foundation for further research the contact stiffness of rolling guide's joint surface.
