摘要
脑血管意外(Cerebrovascular accident CVA)的病人,尤其是在急性期常表现为运动障碍——偏瘫(hemiplegia),而这种运动障碍又常伴有感觉障碍。感觉是运动的动力,感觉系统对正常肌力的维持是非常重要的,所以感觉障碍存在对运动功能恢复会产生一定的影响。目前对感觉功能的研究较少,尚无理想的评价和治疗方法。[1]本文主要讨论感觉障碍对偏瘫的影响及护理对策,旨在减少感觉障碍对运动功能的影响,预防和减少某些并发症,促进偏瘫恢复。
The CVA patient often show hemiplegia and accompany with sensory disturbance. Sensation is the sportive power,se the sensory disturbance affects the movement function recovery.
