摘要
临床中感觉障碍容易被忽视,治疗针对性差,目前尚未有大宗报告,其治疗机制、脑功能重组表现的基础研究鲜有报道,治疗需要充分利用中医的特色和优势,结合现代康复评价体系及康复手段综合治疗。现通过分析国内外脑卒中后感觉障碍的治疗现状,结合文献详细阐述脑卒中后感觉障碍治疗的具体方法,探讨脑卒中后偏侧感觉障碍的治疗特点及模式。
Sensory dysfunction is easily neglected in clinical and the therapy is often of less pertinence,so there is no quantity report seen so far.The therapeutic mechanism and basic research of brain reorganization was barely reported,the features and advantages of TCM should be sufficiently applied in combination with rehabilitation evaluation and comprehensive treatment.Here is to analyze the treatment situation of sensory dysfunction after stroke,discussing the specific treatment combined with literature in detail,to investigate the therapeutic characteristics and mode on lateral sensory dysfunction after stroke.
