摘要
提出了输出功率和加热温度可控的中频感应加热电源的设计方案。该方案采用两个单片机完成整流控制、温度检测和逆变控制,使加热温度控制在设定的范围内,从而完善了中频热推弯管工艺。
The paper proposes a design of the medium frequency power of which power output heating temperature.In this design, rectifier, invert and temperature measurement system are controlled by two microprocessors, and temperature can be controlled by the power. The system makes the bending tube process perfect and optimized.
