摘要
在文献1、2基础上,根据实际生产经验进一步修正了检验弯管质量的模糊分析方法,使弯管质量检验结果更符合实际;提出了设计加热温度与推制速度的模糊优化方法,使这两个工艺参数优化设计过程更直观。
Based in the companion paper, Fuzzy Analysis method of the quality of bending tubes has been modified according to actual production experience, which makes testing of the guality of bending tubes more conform to reality, and fuzzy optimal design method of heating temperatme and pushing velocity was proposed, which makes optimal design of the prorccess parameters more strightward.
