摘要
在MSC/Autoforge有限元模拟软件和弹塑性有限元理论的基础上,建立纯钛弯管成形过程中的计算机模拟系统。采用中频感应加热方法,通过对模具设计参数和推制速度的优化,获得环形管成形最佳的参数为;a=1.0~1.1、V=3.5~4.0mm/s。模拟和实际结果表明,采用上述参数可获得壁厚均匀,等强度,轻重量的薄壁钛环形管。
A computer simulation system of the pipe bending process of pure titanium is established using MSC/ Autoforge simulation software on the basis of elastic-plastic finite element theory. Using middle frequency induction heating, the optimal parameters of titanium thin pipe bending are achieved by optimizing die design parameters and pushing velocity. These parameters are: a= 1.0~1.1, v=3.5~4. 0mm/s. The simulation and practical results show that the titanium thin pipe of a uniform wall thickness, equal strength and light weight is achieved by using the above optimized parameters.
