摘要
目的 研究肿瘤细胞增殖活性及其在诊断脑膜瘤中的价值。 方法 应用Ｋｉ６７ ＭＩＢ１ 免疫组织化学方法，检测其在脑膜瘤中的表达。 结果 良性脑膜瘤的Ｋｉ６７ ＭＩＢ１ 平均指数为２４５％ ，非典型脑膜瘤为５５ ％ ，恶性脑膜瘤为１１２ ％ 。良性脑膜瘤与非典型脑膜瘤比较差异有显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０００１），非典型脑膜瘤与恶性脑瘤比较差异有显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０００１） 。核分裂与Ｋｉ６７ ＭＩＢ１ 表达呈相关性（ｒ＝ ０７７９ ，Ｐ＜０００１）。 结论 Ｋｉ６７ＭＩＢ１ 染色有助于脑膜瘤的正确诊断。
To investigate tumor cell proliferating activity and its diagnostic value for meningiomas of central nervous system.METHODS Assay of Ki 67 MIB 1 was done by a monoclonal antibody immunohistochemical method. RESULTS The mean Ki 67 MIB 1 index values of benign,atypical and malignant ones were 2.45%, 5.5% and 11.2%,respectively.Significant deference was found in mean Ki 67 MIB 1 indices of benign tumors and atypical tumors( P <0 001),also in mean Ki 67 MIB 1 indices of atypical tumors and malignant meningiomas( P <0 001). There was a good correlation between mitotic figure count and Ki 67 MIB 1 expression (r=0 779, P <0 001). CONCLUSIONS It is suggested that Ki 67 MIB 1 staining is helpful in making correct diagnosis for meningiomas of central nervous system.
