摘要
用免疫组化法 ,对 30例福尔马林固定 ,石蜡包埋膀胱肿瘤标本进行研究 ,用免疫组化检测 30例膀胱肿瘤 ,P5 3表达阳性 13例中 级 3例、 级 4例、 级 6例 ,P5 3表达平均指数 15 .75± 2 7.5 , 级、 级、 级 P5 3指数分别为 2 .6 36± 4.82 6、8.189± 13.0 30、36 .970± 38.6 5 8,结合病理诊断及随访资料 ,P5 3表达大于 15 .75组和小于 15 .75组之间在病理分级、临床分期和生存时间上差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,复发与未复发组 P5 3指数差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。
To investigate the P 53 onconprotein expression,surgical specimens from 30 patients with bladder cancer were examined for the expression of P 53 using immunohistochemical analysis.A correlation between P 53 positive and tumor stage,histological grade,recur time of living were observe(P<0.05).
