Using the method of literature review and experiment, this paper made analysis of the pelma pressure on the subjects who practice the Chen Style taijiquan King Pounds Mortar action to reveal the variation law of pelma pressure in practicing Chen Style King Pounds Mortar. The results show that during the action of the King Pounds Mortar the back and central area of the foot shoulder greater pressure load than other parts of the foot;the pressure load in the back inside and middle inside of the right foot and 4,5 ram bone region is significantly higher than other parts.During the action of king pounds mortar shock foot, the pressure is mainly concentrated in the back of the foot and anterior lateral area of the foot. The pressure is concentrated in the back and front inside area of the foot.Chen Style Tai Chi exercises it is recommended to strengthen the various parts of the small muscle groups and ankle training of the pelma in the Chen Style Tai Chi exercises, especially the heel area and the first mound of bone joints in order to avoid sports injuries.
