动态足底压应力测试分析及骨科临床应用 被引量:23

DYNAMIC FOOT-PRESSURE MEASUREMENTS AND ITS APPLICATION TO CLINICAL ORTHOPAEDICS

摘要 本文应用足底压应力成象技术,设计制作玻璃全反射足底压力成像装置,实验拟合压力图象灰度与压力函数关系,采用视频图象计算机处理分析的方式,动态采集、分析一个步态周期全过程的足底压力分布及变化规律,在骨科第二足趾游离移植术后供趾足功能改变和先天性马蹄内翻足早期肌力平衡手术远期疗效研究中,取得对手术及治疗具有指导价值的结果。 We developed an imaging apparatus for measurement of pressure under the foot by means of planter pressure direct imaging technique, and conducted experiments to determine the functional relationship between the images and plantar pressures. With use of a computer video-image processing system, we collected dynamic measurements and analyzed the distribution of pressures and its changes during the entire process of a gait cycle. We have used the system in assessment of function of the donor foot after 2nd toe-to-hand transfer and at long-term follow-up of early procedures achieving dynamic balance in congenital clubfoot, with the results providing a valuable guidance for formulating surgical strategy and treatment plan.
