藜营养器官水分特性研究 被引量:3

Research on Water Status of Vegetative Organ of Chenopodium album L.

摘要 用烘干法测定藜总含水量,用阿贝折射仪法测定自由水,采用自然脱水法测定持水力,用兰州大学生产的ZLZ-4型植物水势仪测定藜水势.结果表明,随着生育期的推延,藜植株总含水量下降,自由水/束缚水比值下降.藜植株含水量一天中有两个低峰,出现在10:00和16:00.自由水/束缚水最低值出现在14:00.水势日变化呈单峰型,最低值出现在14:00.藜各营养器官含水量及水势日变化规律不相同,根含水量早晚较高,水势最低值出现在16:00;茎含水量一天中出现两个低峰,在上午10:00和下午16:00,在此时水势也出现两个低峰,午间12:00含水量和水势均较高;叶片含水量呈单峰型,早晨8:00含水量较高,后逐渐降低,至12:00降到最低,后又逐渐升高,一天中叶水势最低值出现在上午10:00,呈单峰型. To measure the water content with drying method,to test free water with Abbe refractometer method,using natural dehydration to test water retention,with ZLZ-4 type plant water potential meter which produced by Lanzhou University to measure water potential of Chenopodium album L.The results show that the total water of Chenopodium album L.decreased with the growth period of delay,free water/bound water ratio decreased at the same time.There are two peaks of C.album L.water content one day,10:00 am and 16:00 pm.Free water/bound water ratio appears lowest at 14:00,diurnal changes of water potential showed single peak,the lowest value occurred at 14:00.The diurnal changes of water content and water potential of different organs seem different,root water content appear higher at the beginning and the end of the day,water potential showed minimum value at 16:00;There are two peaks at 10:00 am and 16:00 pm show that water content of stem of the day,water potential at this time,there are also two low peaks,the water content and water potential of stem are higher at 12:00;The water content of leaf showed a single peak,the highest value appeared at 8:00 in the morning,then gradually decreased until the lowest peak at 12:00,and then gradually increased,the minimum value of water potential of leaf appeared at 10:00 am.
