摘要
在晴朗无风的天气条件下,用LI-6400便携式光合仪测定了灰藜的光合作用日变化特性及光合有效辐射(PAR)、田间CO2浓度(Ca)、空气湿度(RH)和空气温度(Ta)的日变化规律,分析了净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)与环境因子的相关性。结果表明:灰藜的Pn、Tr和Gs的日变化均为典型的"双峰"曲线,峰值和低谷出现的时间一致,峰值约出现在12:00和14:00,约13:00处于"低谷";环境因子的日变化均为"单峰"曲线。灰藜的Pn、Tr和Gs与PAR、Ta呈极显著的正相关(P<0.01),与RH呈显著的负相关(P<0.05),与Ca的负相关关系不显著,并且三者之间有极显著的相关性(P<0.01)。
On sunny days, diurnal dynamics of photosynthetic characters of Chenopodium glaucum and environmental factors( PAR, Ca, RH and Ta) were measured using the Portable LI - 6400 Photosynthesis System made in the US, and the correlation between photosynthetic rate or transpiration rate or stomata conductance in leaves of Chenopodium glaucum and phy-ecological factors was analyzed. The result showed that the curves of diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomata conduc- tance of Chenopodium glaucum leaves had two peaks and the peaks and depression occurred at the same time, peaks at 12:00 and 14:00, and depression at 13:00. The curves of diurnal variation of PAR, Ca, RH and Ta had one peak. Correlation analyses showed that there was an extremely remarkable positive correlation between photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomata conductance and PAR, Ta ( P 〈 0.01), and a remarkable negative correlation between photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomata conductance and relative humidity ( P 〈 0.05), and an inapparent negative correlation between photosyn- thetic rate, transpiration rate, stomata conductance and Ca, moreover, there was an extremely remarkable positive correlation among photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomata conductance.
