摘要
通过文献调查研究我国大学毕业生就业困境的现状,从政府、高校、用人单位以及毕业生本人等方面分析了大学生就业困境出现的深层次原因,并探讨了如何克服外扰内困的不利因素帮助大学毕业生走出就业困境的思路和办法,提出要解决学生就业难问题单从某一个方面入手无助于对大学生就业困境的全面认识和系统解决,必须要从政府、高校、用人单位以及毕业生本人等四个方面同时入手。
Through the investigation of the employment situation of university graduates in China,we analysed the deep-seated reasons of the graduate employment from government,universities,employers and graduates hereby,and investigated from the above aspects,the ideas and methods for college graduates to get out of the employment strait.
