摘要
以"大学生就业问题"为研究对象,通过调查学生对就业的认知情况及毕业的期望值,并收集大量关于大学生就业的相关信息,最终从企业和学生的期望值角度出发,多层次深入分析二者的期望值之间存在的差异,找出大学生就业的问题所在,并提出解决问题的建议。
The research object of this paper is ＂the employment issue of undergraduates,, the paper has interviewed the student about their employment cognition situation and the graduation expected value. The paper also massively collected associated information about employment issue of undergraduates. Finally, the paper has analyzed the expected value by enterprise and undergraduates, found their differences deeply and discovered the root question why university student thinks it is hard to get a job, and put forward suggestions to solve these problems.
