摘要
面对新时期的挑战和机遇,尤其严峻的就业形势,高等学校要以创新培养学生能力的理念,以社会需求为导向,以培养大学生的"四个能力建设"(实践能力、创造能力、就业能力、创业能力)为重点,用改革的思路和办法解决新情况、新问题,开拓创新,切实提升少数民族大学生综合竞争力。
Confronting the challenges and opportunities under new circumstances, especially the harsh employment situation, the institutions of higher learning should innovate the concept of cultivating students＇ abilities. They should be oriented by social demands, focus on building students ＂four abilities＂, resolve new problems by reforming ideas and methods, and substantially improve the students＇ comprehensive competitiveness.
