摘要
在中国加入世界贸易组织(WTO)后,植物检疫工作的管理和实施对于植物及植物产品的国内外贸易,本国的生物环境安全乃至全人类的安全都有着十分重要的意义。有害生物风险分析(PRA)为植物检疫相关工作的管理和实施提供了科学有效的依据,同时对我国检疫工作的规范化,标准化,国际化有着重要的意义。本文主要论述了有害生物风险分析(PRA)的历史沿革,分析技术,重要意义以及未来的发展方向等内容。鉴于PRA重要性,应加强植物检疫中的有害风险分析(PRA)工作,切实做好植物检疫工作,促进国际贸易的顺利进行,保证国内生物环境安全。
The management and implementation of plants and related products in phytosanitary play an important role in international trade,bio-security of China and even the humans＇ safety after China joining the World Trade Organization（WTO）.Pest Risk Analysis（PRA） not only provides a scientific and effective basis for the implementation of phytosanitary.At the same time it is of great significance in the globalization and standardization of China＇s phytosanitary work.This article mainly discusses the development of PRA＇s history,methods and future.Given the importance of PRA,we should strengthen the implementation of PRA in phytosanitary to promote the success of international trade and guarantee the bio and environmental security in China.
