摘要
目的探讨重金属铬离子对孕ICR小鼠的生理毒性、生殖毒性的影响,为行人工全髋关节表面置换术后重金属铬离子对妊娠机体可能产生的影响提供实验依据。方法将56只雌性受孕ICR小鼠随机分成高、中、低剂量组及对照组4组,每组14只。实验组以不同剂量重铬酸钾灌胃染毒,对照组予双蒸水灌胃,每天称孕鼠体质量,计算比较各组间体质量增加量的变化,将36只孕鼠于孕19d处死,取血清,胎盘取出后烘干,测定孕鼠血清及胎盘铬离子含量,解剖孕鼠,计算脏器系数。结果随着染毒剂量的增加,中、高剂量组孕鼠体质量、增加体质量均较对照组为低,铬离子在孕鼠血清及胎盘中的含量数值也增加,呈现剂量依赖性关系。高剂量组肝脏脏器系数与对照、低、中剂量组比较差异显著。结论本组动物实验提示低剂量铬显露对妊娠机体、胚胎及子代影响有限,高浓度重铬酸钾显露会对母体及子代产生影响,但长期低浓度铬离子体内慢性蓄积,所造成的机体损害程度尚有待临床进一步观察。
Objective Cr ions in female mice pregnant ICR mice during pregnancy on physiological toxicity,reproductive toxicity,developmental effects,as the row total hip surface arthroplasty of Cr ions on pregnancy body may provide experimental evidence for the impact.Methods 56 pregnant female ICR mice were divided into high-,medium-and low-dose group and control,14 rats each.The experimental group fed with different doses of potassium dichromate exposure,control group fed distilled water every day pregnant rats,said weight,calculated weight gain between groups were compared the changes in the 36 pregnant rats at 19 days gestation were killed,serum,placenta out after drying,measured in serum and placenta of pregnant rats chromium ion content,anatomy of pregnant mice,organ coefficient calculated.Results With the dose increased,the high dose group rats' body weight,weight gain was lower than those in the control group;with the dose increasing,chromium ions in serum and placenta of pregnant rats the content of value also increased,showing dose dependent manner.High-dose group and the control of liver organ coefficient,low and medium dose group,the difference was significant.Conclusion The animal experiments suggest that low doses of chromium exposure on the pregnant body,embryos and offspring have limited impact,high concentrations of potassium dichromate exposure would have an impact on maternal and offspring,but the long-term chronic low concentrations of chromium accumulation in the body,caused by extent of the damage the body remains to be further clinical.
