摘要
大力发展成人高等教育既是建设学习型社会的内在要求,也是建设学习型社会的有效途径,同时还是建设学习型社会的重要保障。在建设学习型社会的时代背景下,我国成人高等教育发展还面临着三方面的困境:一是思想认识的局限导致发展动力的缺失;二是市场竞争的加剧导致发展空间的萎缩;三是理论研究的滞后导致发展实践的错位。要充分发挥成人高等教育在建设学习型社会中的重要作用,就必须进一步更新教育理念、健全管理体制、培育办学特色。
Developing adult higher education is the inherent requirement,the effective way as well as an important safeguard to build a learning-oriented society.Under the background of building a learning-oriented society,the adult higher education in China has three difficulties to be done.First,the limited understanding leds to the lack of driving force of development.Second,the fiercer competition of the market results in the contraction of development space.Third,the lag of theoretical research makes the practice of development dislocated.A new concept of education,a sound management system and a characteristic school-running can together make the adult higher education play a full role.
