摘要
介绍了基于CAE技术对ZL50型装载机前车架进行结构分析与可靠性设计的思路:应用PRO/E软件建立简化的CAD前车架模型,将模型导入ANSYS workbench中,得到装载机前车架的有限元模型,在该软件界面下添加边界条件并划分网格,考虑装载机实际工作状况,选取合适工况,通过对有限元模型进行静态分析,找出应力集中点和容易产生疲劳失效的部位。
The idea for structure analysis and reliability design of Model ZLS0 loader front frame based on CAE technique was introduced: establish simplified CAD front frame modal with PRO/E software, input the model into ANSYS workbench, get the finite element model of the loader front frame, add boundary conditions under the software interface and generate grids, consider the practical work conditions of the loader, select proper work conditions. By static analysis to the finite element modal, find out the stress concentration point and the position that is easy to produce fatigue and failure.
