摘要
钻井往复泵的动力传递由曲柄连杆机构实现,曲柄连杆机构在高压条件下做变速运动。对连杆进行受力分析,并运用有限元方法对连杆进行应力分析,确定连杆的应力集中点。分别增大连杆应力集中点尺寸大小,运用趋势跟踪器来跟踪测量连杆质量、应力、形变的变化情况。
The power transmission of the drilling pump is generally realized by the crank and connecting rod mechanism. The crank connecting rod mechanism does the variable speed movement under the high pressure condition. The forces of crank and connecting rod mechanism of mud pump power end were analyzed using dynamic method. Stress analysis of connecting rod is analyzed by using finite element method. And stress concentration point is determined. The size of stress concentration point of connecting rod are respectively increased. And changes of quality, stress and deformation of connecting rod is measured by using the trend tracker.
