摘要
目前汽车车架轻量化设计中大多未对汽车车架进行加固处理,导致汽车强度不能达到车辆行驶要求,为此提出一种基于ANSYS的汽车车架轻量化设计及加固方法。计算汽车车架在有限元单元中的刚度,确定汽车车架的应变,利用ANSYS有限元平台的分析参数特性,将计算量代入ANSYS有限元平台,建立基于ANSYS的汽车车架有限元模型;基于设计变量和状态变量的选取原则,确定汽车车架的设计变量和状态变量,得到汽车车架的目标函数,达到轻量化设计目的;为保证汽车车架的稳定性,保证其强度,针对汽车车架的承载板进行加固。在相同的实验环境中设置不同的荷载,实验发现:该方法有效减轻了汽车车身质量,且未降低车架强度。
At present,most of the lightweight design of automobile frames is to reduce the weight of the car without strengthening the car frame,which makes the strength of the car difficult to meet the driving requirements.Therefore,the lightweight design and reinforcement method of the car frame based on ANSYS was proposed.The stiffness of the car frame in the finite element was calculated to determin the strain of the car frame.Using the analysis parameter characteristics of ANSYS finite element software,and substituting the calculation amount into ANSYS finite element software to establish a finite element model of the car frame based on ANSYS;based on the selection principle of design variables and state variables,the design variables and state variables of the car frame were determined,and the objective function of the car frame was obtained,and the purpose of lightweight design was achieved.In order to ensure the stability and the strength of the frame,the load-bearing plate of the car frame was reinforced.In the same experimental environment,different loads were set,and the experimental results showed that the method presented in this paper can effectively reduce the mass of automobile body,and does not reduce the strength of the frame.
