摘要
目的对有限切开复位内固定结合微型外固定架治疗手部关节内骨折的疗效进行研究和探讨。方法研究对象为2007年5月至2009年5月我院应用有限切开复位内固定结合微型外固定架治疗手部关节内骨折患者,共52例,其中男性患者27例,女性患者25例;年龄17～49岁,平均23.1岁。结果所有患者随访6～24个月,平均12.5个月。患者骨折均得到愈合,愈合时间为4～11周,平均6周。所有患者损伤关节都没有不稳定发生。ATM标准评价患者手指运动功能优良率达到81%。结论有限切开复位内固定结合微型外固定架治疗手部关节内骨折方法可靠、有效。
Objective To study and discuss the effect of limited open reduction and internal fixation combined with mini external fixation for the treatment of hand intra-articular fractures.Methods 52 cases with hand intra-articular fractures treated by limited open reduction and internal fixation combined with mini external fixation from May 2007 to May 2009 in our hospital were studied,27 cases were male,25 cases were female;Age was 17 to 49 years with the mean of 23.1 years old.Results All the patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months with an average of 12.5 months.The patients with fractures were healed,the healing time was 4 to 11 weeks with an average of 6 weeks.The damage joints of all the patients had no unstable occurrence.By ATM standard evaluation,the excellent and good rate of finger movement function was 81%.Conclusion The method of limited open reduction and internal fixation combined with mini external fixation for the treatment of hand intra-articular fractures is reliable and effective.
