摘要
目的 研究并分析应用AO微型钢板或螺钉内固定治疗手指关节内骨折的疗效。方法 对18例(24处)关节内骨折采用AO微型钢板或螺钉进行内固定治疗,并辅以术后早期功能锻炼。结果 术后随访3～6个月,全部病例未发生骨不连或关节僵硬,X线片显示骨折均完全愈合,关节间隙正常,伤指指间关节及掌指关节伸屈功能恢复接近正常。结论 应用AO微型钢板或螺钉内固定治疗手指关节内骨折是理想的手段,可取得满意的治疗结果。
Objective To study and analyze the treatment outcome of internal fixation with AO mini plate or
screw in the treatment of phalangeal intraarticular fractures. Methods Eighteen cases (24 lesions) of intraarticular
fiactures were treated by internal fixation with AO mini plate or serew. Early postoperative rehabilitation was carried
out.Results Postoperative follow-up ranged from 3 to 6 months. No non-union and ankylosis occurred at all cases.
The x-ray results showed complete bone union with normal joint gap. The function of flexion and extension in the
metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints was satisfactory. Conclusion Internal fixation with AO mini plate or
screw for hand intraarticular fractures is an optimal method with satisfactory treatment outcome.
