摘要 胫骨近端关节内骨折是常见的下肢骨折,随着现代交通事业的发展和运动损伤的增加,发生在胫骨近端的骨折数量有上升的趋势。尽管在全身骨折中,胫骨平台骨折发生率仅占1%,但是由于胫骨近端是膝关节的重要组成部分,解剖结构复杂,
