摘要
目的通过调查3种类型颈椎病围术期的护理工作量,了解护理工作量与各病种分型、各班次的关系,测算合理的人力资源配置标准。方法对颈椎病患者围术期的护理项目进行24h跟踪调查与记录,测量白班、夜班、晚班的当班护士的临床护理工作量。结果混合型颈椎病患者在术前健康指导、术前准备与脊髓型、神经根型比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3种类型颈椎病患者术后的白班直接护理时间同晚夜班直接护理时间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);测得床护比为1:0.49,所需护士为16.12人。结论建立适合专科疾病特点的护理人力资源配置标准,是满足患者服务需求的根本保障。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing workload of three types of cervical spondylosis so as to comprehend the relationship between the workload and case types and shifts so as to establish a standard for allocating nursing personnel. Methods The perioperative nursing measures of cervical spondylosis were tracked and recorded in 24 h. The clinic work-load of on-duty nurses of three shifts were measured accordingly. Results Significant differences were observed on preoperative health guidance and preparation of mixed cervical spondylosis,cervical spondylotic myelopathy and cervical spondylotic radiculopath(P〈0.05). Significant difference was also observed in the postoperative direct time in three most common cervical spondylosis between day shift nursing and night shift nursing(P〈0.05). The calculated ratio between bed and nurse was 1 : 0.49,and 16.12 nurses were required. Conclusion The establishment of nursing human resources allocation standard based on the features of cervical spondylosis is the key to satisfying patients' needs.
