摘要
围绕山西农民专业合作社的发展现状和问题进行深入剖析和研究,认为应通过开展完善农民专业合作社的层级建制;加大宣传培训力度,引导农民专业合作社的发展步入法制化轨道;加大财政扶持力度,拓宽融资渠道,提高自身抵御市场风险的能力;实施"一社一品",走特色发展之路;分类指导与典型示范社带动相结合;加强内部管理,促进规范化运行;加大政策扶持力度等,促进山西农民专业合作社健康有序快速地发展。
Present situation and existing problem of farmer specialized cooperative organizations in Shanxi was studied and conclusion was drawn as the following： to perfect administrative structure, to enhance propaganda and training to guide the organization grow in legal system; to intensify finical support through funds absorption way expansion and risk resistance abihty improvement; to realize specialization for each individual association; to combine special guide with representative demonstration; intensify inner and standardized management; and to improve administrative support for a healthy, orderly and fast growth of the farmer specialized cooperative organization in Shanxi.
