摘要
为了解后上罩板与锡林间的隔距对生条结杂短绒的影响,在一定的工艺设备、不同的后上罩板与锡林间隔距条件下,纺制了不同的生条。通过对这些生条的测试可知:后上罩板与锡林隔距的大小对生条质量影响明显,隔距放大后,生条中棉结、杂质降低,短绒减少,生条质量得到改善。
In order to understand the effect of the gauge between back plate and cylinder on neps,impurities and short fibers,the carding sliver had been spun with different processing parameters.And properties of the carding sliver were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the gauge between plate and cylinder was relevant with the quality of carding sliver.Neps,impurities and short fibers would decrease,the quality of carding sliver would be better when the gauge was enlarged.
