摘要
探讨C60型梳棉机的技术特点及应用体会。介绍了C60型梳棉机的主要技术特点,试验了不同锡林、刺辊速度条件下生条的质量情况,不同定量时生条和管纱质量对比以及相同定量在C51型梳棉机和C60型梳棉机上的生条和管纱质量对比。试验表明:C60型梳棉机对纤维损伤较小,在相同的生产条件下,C60型梳棉机生条中的短绒含量低于C51型梳棉机。C60型梳棉机适合大定量纺纱,纺长绒棉细号纱生条采用27g/5m左右的定量成纱质量较优。
Technology feature and practice of C60 carding machine were discussed. Main technology features of C60 carding machine were introduced, carded sliver quality were tested in condition of different cylinder speed and licker-in speed. Carded sliver and bobbin yarn quality were contrasted in different weight per unit. Carded sliver and bobbin yarn quality were contrasted in C51 carding machine and C60 carding machine in same weight per unit. The test proves that fibre injury is less in C60 carding machine. Under same production conditions short fibre content in C60 carding machine carded sliver is less than that of C51 carding machine. C60 carding machine is suitable to spin larger weight per unit,in spinning long-staple cotton fine yarn when carded sliver weight per unit is about 27.5 g/5 m the yarn quality is better.
