摘要
文章以江苏省13个地级市为例,通过复合指标法从人口、经济、生活方式、基础设施四大方面中选取15项指标,建立江苏省城市现代化指标体系,利用人工神经网络(ANN)中自组织特征映射网络(SOM)强大的聚类功能,建立江苏省城市现代化水平综合评价模型,运用该模型对江苏省13个地级市2006年的现代化水平进行综合评价,得出这些城市2006年的现代化综合水平分类结果,该分类结果与实际情况基本相符。
In this paper,thirteen prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province are taken as examples.Fifteen indexes are selected from population,economy,life style and infrastructure through the composite indicator method to set up the indicator system of the urban modernization in Jiangsu Province.The overall evaluation model is established of the urban modernization in Jiangsu Province,based on the clustering function of self-organizing feature map（SOM） in artificial neural network（ANN）.This model is used to evaluate the urban modernization level of thirteen prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province in 2006 and the classification results are drawn.The classification results basically conform to the actual situation in Jiangsu Province.
