摘要
文章通过采用模糊数学中综合评判的方法对城市现代化水平进行评价。具体步骤是:首先通过确定因素集,权重集以及评价集来确定评价指标体系,接着对出自《中国城市统计年鉴》的各城市统计数据进行标准化处理,最后进行综合评判。文章采用二级综合评判的方法,从最终的评价结果可以看到城市珠海和上海两个城市的现代化水平最高。从评估结果来看,这种方法能够较为准确地对城市现代化水平进行评估,评估结果可以在城市的发展规划过程中起到指导的作用。
The method of comprehensive assessment in Fuzzy Mathematics is used to evaluate the modernization of several Chinese cities in this paper. The evaluation steps are carried out as follows. First, the assess indicator system is formed by defining factor set, weighting set and assess set. Second, the statistic data of Chinese cities from China City Statistical Yearbook is standardized. The last step is comprehensive assessment, With the method of two dimension comprehensive assessment, we find that Zhuhai and Shanghai are the two most modernized cities. Results show that the method of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive assessment can evaluate city modemization more accurately. The result can be a good reference for making plans for city development.
