摘要
针对合肥市空调公交车在"空调启用时间"、"乘车环境"、"乘车价格"、"乘客诉求渠道"4个方面存在的民生问题,通过问卷调查、口头访谈、实地调研等方法开展调查研究。研究发现:合肥市空调公交车存在空调启用时间灵活性欠缺、乘车环境有待改善、乘车价格略高且计费方式固化、乘客诉求渠道陈旧等问题。公交管理部门应在灵活启用空调、改善乘车环境、降低乘车价格或优化计费方式、充分利用网络新兴媒体回应乘客诉求等方面作出努力以改善民生。
An investigation was conducted into several livelihood issues concerning air-conditioned buses in Hefei from four perspectives of air-conditioner＇s starting time,traveling environment,bus fare and passenger feedback channels by means of questionnaire survey,oral interview and field research.The study discovered several problems in Hefei air-conditioned buses in terms of a lack of flexibility in starting air-conditioners,the unsatisfying traveling environment,the slightly high bus fare,the inflexible pricing methods and outdated passenger feedback channels,etc.Bus management should spare no efforts in improving people＇s livelihood in several aspects,such as starting air-conditioners flexibly,improving traveling environment,lowering bus fare or optimizing pricing methods,fully utilizing new network media to response to the feedback from the passengers and so on.
