从热力学和动力学角度探讨中药吸湿机制 被引量:21

Study on moisture sorption mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine from the view of thermodynamics and dynamics

摘要 目的:从热力学和动力学角度分析中药吸湿机制。方法:通过查阅国内外相关文献,并进行归纳总结。结果:中药吸湿性缺乏相关的基础研究,对吸湿性的了解仍停留在直观描述和猜测等感性认识阶段,本文从现有的吸附理论、毛细管的凝结理论和Fick,s扩散定理等基础理论来探讨中药水分吸附的热力学过程、中药内部毛细管作用下水分的相变过程以及水分扩散与吸湿速率间的关系,从吸湿的能量变化和吸湿动力角度出发,探求中药的吸湿机制。同时,对中药提取物的吸湿特性和物质基础进一步的研究。结论:通过数学模型、理论推导探讨中药及其提取物的吸湿问题,量化其吸湿过程,来指导中药在生产和贮藏过程中防潮问题,具有很大理论指导和应用价值。 Objective:To analyze moisture sorption mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Refered to large amount of internal and abroad documents,make a summary.Results:The basic study on hygroscopicity of traditional Chinese medicine is deficiency,the cognition of moisture still remain the stage of direct-viewing describtion and conjecture.We analyz moisture sorption mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine by some basic theory,such as:adsorption theory,theory of capillary condensation and Fick's diffusion theorem,to study the process of absorbing thermodynamics of water,the capillary action of Internal water phase change process,the relationship between waters diffusing and moisture absorption rate,to explore the mechanism of absorption of Chinese medicine from the view of energy Changes and power perspective of moisture absorption.Meanwhile,we work on further study on traditional Chinese medicine extract about its characteristics and hygroscopic material basis.Conclusion:we can explore the hygroscopicity problem of traditional Chinese medicine and its extract about by mathematic model and theoretical analysis,quantizing the process of moisture sorption,then,guide to solve the problem of hygroscopicity of traditional Chinese medicine in the process of produce and storage.It is of great value on theoretical guidance and application.
